Returns & Exchanges

At Merchant's Inventory, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
